A Beautiful Looking Book

This review refers to the Calla edition. (Ignore the one-star review on this page. It does not relate to the Calla edition)
The book is has a textured cloth cover. The front cover is textured with the images of bells, a motif that is continued on the end papers inside.
The pages of the book are a thick, glossy, cream colored stock.
The illustrations by Dulac are maginificent.
Well worth the money.

Another magnificent book from Dover. I always look forward to any new Calla editions as they are all gorgeous and so reasonably priced.

Poor quality illiustrations

Though illustrated by Dulac, the illustrations as presented in this Kessinger Publishing edition are extremely disappointing. I don't recommend this edition for anyone seeking to enhance their library.
