Learn how to feel great and lose weight, while getting the minerals your body is craving...and get a healthy glow too. I do think that bone broth is definitely something to be added to one's diet and this book is perfect for it. It is well written and very understandable to read. The recipes are also easy to follow. I really enjoyed and learned a lot from this book!
