For some people making and keeping friends is as as easy as breathing but for others, such as myself it can be a bit more of a challenge. This book is very enlightening to those of us who through shyness or whatever else struggle to form relationships. As well us guiding us how to meet and make friends we also learn how to keep these friendships going. A really important guidebook for those of us that need that little extra push in the right direction.

I found this to be a pretty good book. There very nice reminders through out the short book. Not only was their information and tips for making friends but for improving the relationships as well. I find that I need to work on the emotional connections with people. I recommend this book for those interested in relationship development.

This book even if is his a friendship book can also be use business wise. If you have a small company and want to get the word out there you can use most of the guidelines to make new contacts and potentially new clients. It is also a nice book if you are someone that is shy and do not know want to do to put yourself out there.
