About the Author
Gizem Mut was born and raised in Berlin, Germany, to Turkish parents. She has lived in New York City since 2010. After graduating with a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the Berlin School of Economics and Law, she worked in the consulting business for renewable energies before switching over to acting. While she studied the art of acting in NYC and worked on several film projects, she also intensified her studies of the human condition. In this book, she combines her passion for storytelling with her great curiosity about the human mind and soul.

Chapeau to the author, great read!

Arenia is a character every person can identify with at one or multiple levels in today’s world. The author describes the difficulty of “finding yourself” or “finding your life’s purpose” in a very entertaining way; it is not just easy to read, but also easy to understand. Mentally challenging situations are put into an exciting fantastical story. The complexity of (self-)consciousness is broken down into a fascinating tale of one girl finding her way out of fears and self-sabotage.
What I liked the most about this book is that it is a gripping story of spiritual development of the main character wrapped in the world of fantasy, dream and adventures.
And while you read it you realize how familiar some scenes feel…

I purchased Arenia & The Golden Key before a trip to the beach and found myself engulfed in the book for hours at a time. Although the book is a fantasy, Arenia is relatable to us all. I highly recommend this book to fans of all genres. I assure you that once you pick up the book, you will have a difficult time putting it down.

A Brilliant Novel

An incredibly imaginative style and voice that blends our waking and dreaming worlds. The surreal landscapes and characters of the underworld will remind you of Alice in Wonderland. The novel is not only a page turner for its action and adventure, but a genuine exploration of the psychology and emotional state of a strong young woman - offering insights to all readers, regardless of age or gender. Sooner or later you will surely find yourself examining your own life too. Great for traveling because you won't want to put it down!
